Cookie Policy

Last updated: February 25, 2026

Cookies and similar technologies (like browser local storage) are small pieces of data stored on your device. This page explains the ones we use, why, and how you stay in control. It works together with our Privacy Policy.

Strictly necessary

These are needed for the site to work and are always on: they sign you in and keep your session secure, remember your cookie choices, and protect against abuse. Without them the service cannot run, so they do not require consent.

Analytics (optional, consent-gated)

With your consent, we measure how the site is used — pages viewed, where visits come from, and how our funnels perform — using an anonymous identifier and first-touch campaign (UTM) information. This is off until you accept it in our cookie banner, and you can decline or withdraw it at any time. Our analytics are first-party and processed on our own servers; analytics events are not sent to any third-party product-analytics vendor (we do not use PostHog or similar).

What we do not do

We do not use advertising cookies, we do not run ad networks or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell your data or share it with advertisers.

Your control

Use the cookie banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies, and change your mind at any time from the banner or your privacy dashboard. You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings, though blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working. Your choice is recorded (as a consent record) so we can honour it and show we obtained it.

Changes and contact

If we add or change the technologies we use, we will update this page. For any question about cookies or your data, contact our Grievance Officer at privacy@bimahaq.com.
