Access
After purchase you get access to the course videos and downloadable resources for your personal learning. Access is for you alone and is not transferable.
Certificates
A certificate of completion is issued when you finish the course modules and the final assessment. It certifies completion of our course; it is not a professional licence or a regulatory qualification.
Educational only
Course content is general education about insurance and claims. It is not legal or financial advice for your specific situation.
Fees and refund
Fees are paid in advance. You can get a full refund within 7 days of purchase if you have completed less than 20% of the course; after that, or beyond 7 days, fees are non-refundable. GST is not charged (we are not GST-registered) and will apply only if and when we register.
Intellectual property
The course materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute them; doing so is a breach of these terms and may end your access without refund.
