BimaHaq Academy offers practical online courses on insurance and claims. These terms add to our general Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
Access
After purchase the course opens in your BimaHaq account for your personal learning. A course may be published as an outline before its lesson materials are complete: the course page says so, and each such lesson is marked “Outline — lesson material in preparation”. Lesson materials are added to the same course as they are completed, at no further charge. Access is for you alone and is not transferable.
Certificates
A certificate of completion will be issued once a course's lesson materials and final assessment are published and you have completed them. It certifies completion of our course; it is not a professional licence or a regulatory qualification.
Educational only
Course content is general education about insurance and claims. It is not legal or financial advice for your specific situation.
Fees and refund
Fees are paid in advance and are not refundable once course access has been granted. If we withdraw a course before you have accessed it, we refund you in full (see our Refund Policy). GST is not charged (we are not GST-registered) and will apply only if and when we register.
Intellectual property
The course materials are owned by us or our licensors. You may not record, copy, share, resell, or redistribute them; doing so is a breach of these terms and may end your access without refund.
