Please read this carefully. It sets out what BimaHaq is, what it is not, and the limits of what we can promise. In short: BimaHaq is an insurance claims review, claim audit, grievance-drafting, and online dispute resolution (ODR) platform. We are an independent platform — not an insurance company, broker, or IRDAI-licensed agent — and we do not sell insurance. No outcome is guaranteed; we provide expert operational support based on the merits of your matter. All AI-assisted drafts are human-reviewed.
We are not an insurer, broker, or agent
BimaHaq is an independent claims review, audit, grievance-drafting, and dispute-resolution platform. We do not hold an IRDAI licence to sell or distribute insurance, we do not advise you on which policy to buy, and we do not earn commissions from insurers. Our loyalty is to you, the policyholder or claimant.
We do not guarantee an outcome
Insurance and dispute outcomes depend on the policy terms, the evidence, and the decisions of insurers, ombudsmen, forums, or mediators — none of which we control. No advocate can guarantee that a claim will be paid or a dispute resolved a particular way. We apply our best judgement and explain the realistic range of outcomes for your matter.
AI assists; humans decide
We use AI tools to help with drafting and research to work faster for you. Every AI-assisted output is reviewed by a qualified person before it reaches you, and AI does not make decisions about your case.
Our content is information, not advice
Our blog, FAQs, guides, and landing pages give general information about insurance and claims. They are not legal, financial, or professional advice for your specific facts, and reading them does not create a professional relationship. For advice on your matter, engage us under a service or consult your own lawyer.
When a professional relationship begins
We act for you only once you have engaged a specific paid service and we have accepted the engagement (after a conflict check). Until then, submitting details or using our free tools does not, by itself, create a retainer or oblige us to act.
Mediation and ODR
In our online dispute resolution service we facilitate mediation between you and the other party through an empanelled mediator under the Mediation Act 2023. A mediated settlement depends on both parties agreeing; we do not decide the dispute and cannot compel a settlement.
Third-party information
Where we point you to third-party resources (such as a regulator's portal or an ombudsman), we do not control them and are not responsible for their accuracy or availability.
