Rights Club is an annual membership (₹299 per year) that gives you discounted reviews, a quarterly newsletter, and a phone helpline. These terms add to our general Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
Inclusions
20% off any individual service, the quarterly Insurance Rights newsletter, and access to our helpline from 10am to 7pm IST on working days.
What it is not
Membership is a benefits and discounts programme — it does not include any specific claim, audit, or dispute work. Each engagement you take up is billed separately at member rates.
Fees
₹299 per year, paid in advance. GST is not charged (we are not GST-registered) and will apply only if and when we register.
Renewal and cancellation
Membership auto-renews unless you cancel at least 7 days before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals; we do not refund the part of a period already used.
Changes to benefits
We may adjust the member benefits or helpline hours from time to time; we will give reasonable notice of any material reduction, and you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.
