Rights Club was an annual membership (₹299 per year) offering discounted reviews, a quarterly newsletter, and a phone helpline. It is CLOSED to new memberships (2026 pricing update) and no new or renewal charges are taken; these terms remain published for reference. They add to our general Terms of Use and Refund Policy.
Inclusions
20% off any individual service, the quarterly Insurance Rights newsletter, and access to our helpline from 10am to 7pm IST on working days.
What it is not
Membership is a benefits and discounts programme — it does not include any specific claim, audit, or dispute work. Each engagement you take up is billed separately at member rates.
Fees
While memberships were on sale: ₹299 per year, paid in advance. GST is not charged (we are not GST-registered) and will apply only if and when we register.
Renewal and cancellation
Rights Club is closed to new memberships and auto-renewal is discontinued — no further charges are taken. Any membership already paid for simply runs to the end of its paid period.
Changes to benefits
We may adjust the member benefits or helpline hours from time to time; we will give reasonable notice of any material reduction, and you can cancel if you do not wish to continue.
